By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service (TOS). If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me through any of my socials.

Most Important Information

Currency is USD

Payment is ALWAYS through paypal unless in very specific circumstance. it helps me keep track of all commissions and ensuring they are in one currency.

Payment plans are accepted as long as the commission exceeds 50usd, however the amount required per week or month depends on the commission type.

Payment is offerred only through invoice. There is an option enabled to tip if you would like to.
- if you were wanting to tip after the commission is complete, you can request my email address

Payment will most commonly be after a clean sketch has been provided. However with long animations, I will request a portion upfront before any sketching.

I can offer refunds, however refunds must be requested before I begin any work.

If for any reason I cannot finish a commission, I will always send a full refund. I often will refund a work if I suddenly have an immense loss of time. I do not like having to leave people waiting, you are more than welcome to put a request back through again when commissions reopen
- I know this may be upsetting to some people as it can be exciting to commission an artist. However, I need to do what works best for me, and for you to not worry about the status of your commisssion.

Last minute / quick deadline commissions will incur a 10% surcharge.

First and foremost, if you are to send me a NSFW ref sheet, you will be removed from the commission waitlist and blocked immediately. I will never give you my consent to see ANY NSFW.

What I WILL Do

Species such as or alike to dragons, dinosaurs, felines, canines.

Minimal gore

Loose due dates

Customs, view the customs page

Anthropomorphic animals (but not robotics, such as protogens... maybe, reach out to me.)

What I WON'T Do

Excessive gore, NSFW, Suggestive artwork

Humanoids

Any topic that promotes hate, including but not limited to: racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, etc.

Strict due dates (i.e. less than 1 week)

My Rights to the Artwork

Summary:
> Mirceanel has rights to post the artwork
> Artwork can be used by commissioners

I still have the rights to the artwork and can post it on a variety of social medias, if you don't want me to, please inform me at the start of the commission or during the process. It is highly likely I will stream the commission process, so if it is a gift, you need to tell me.

The commissioner can use my artwork for icons, banners, etc. Credit is preferred but not necessary.

Credit is HIGHLY preferred if shared to social media. This is part of my income, and it helps spread my art to other people.

Edits to the Artwork

Summary:
> Major edits will not occur after lineart is complete
> Editable file is not given

Major edits to the lineart/sketch or character will not be accepted after I begin colouring.

I will not provide a file where you can edit the individual layers of the file. This is so my watermark isn't removed and things are added/removed from the artwork that go against my beliefs/ TOS.

Edits will not be made to the artwork after 72 hours of being complete. This agreement to completion is made typically non-verbally as I will offer consider a "Thank you" as an agreement it's done. Additionally, I will send you a "Thank you for commissioning me" alongside an attached artwork when I believe the artwork is complete.

Under no circumstances is a commissioned artwork to be sent to another artist to be edited without/against my consent. This especially applies for NSFW purposes. If this rule is broken, you will be permanently black listed from future commissions.

How a Commissioner can use the Artwork

Summary:
> No NFT's or AI
> Commercial use

A commissioner is not to use my artwork for NFT's or to train AI under any circumstance. If this rule is broken, you will be permanently black listed from future commissions.

I may charge additional costs if the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes, i.e. Novels, merchandise, monetised work (such as streams, youtube uploads, twitch emoticons), etc. Feel free to enquire about commercial use before commencing a commission!

Reasons a Commission can be Denied

There are a few reasons for why I am decline a commission, all of which are listed below.

1. You have made myself/ others uncomfortable

If you have said things that make me uncomfortable in the past, I will not take another commission from you. Whether it being about my characters or my art. If you say it during the commission process, the commission will be complete and I will not take future requests from you.

Similarly, If I have heard from others about poor behaviour from you, I will not accept your commission.
